Our coffee comes from the mountains of Colombia. Right now, we carry two coffees: Essential No. 1, a washed coffee from Caldas, and Raw Bloom, a naturally processed coffee from Cauca.

The process. Essential No. 1 is washed, and the fruit is removed before drying, giving a cleaner and more traditional cup. Raw Bloom is natural, with the coffee cherry drying around the bean, bringing out more pronounced fruity notes. Same country, two completely different experiences.

Not yet. We currently work with an Australian specialty coffee supplier who sources from producers in Colombia. Building direct relationships with growers is something we’re working towards.

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge as moisture and temperature changes can affect the flavour. For the best experience, we recommend buying what you’ll drink within a few weeks of opening.
